(September 18, 2023) - A Louisiana judge issued a temporary restraining order demanding Kenyon Glover remain at least 100 yards away from a woman who has levied sexual misconduct claims against him, according to Caddo Parish Democrat - Patch Shreveport. The judge granted a petition for a sexual assault protective order in Caddo Parish against Glover, the outlet noted. The order prohibits Glover from stalking, following, tracking, monitoring, or threatening the woman. The Louisiana Uniform Abuse Prevention Order is pursuant to L.R.S. 46:2181 et seq., non-intimate sexual assault, stating the protected person is related to the defendant as an acquaintance. The court ordered Glover be restrained from committing further acts of abuse or threats of abuse, stalking or sexual assault. The judge ordered Glover not to abuse, harass or assault the victim in any manner whatsoever. The prohibition includes the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury. The full order requires Glover to stay completely away from the woman and her home, job or school. According to IMDb.com, Glover, 45, is a native of Monroe, Louisiana. A former NBA player, minister and founder of Faithful & Focused Ministries, Glover also counts acting and producing as a part of his repertoire. I recently had the misfortune of working with Rejali Law Firm and, to put it bluntly, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, their services fell short of my expectations, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
First and foremost, the communication with the firm was abysmal. I found it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone from their team, whether it was via phone or email. Messages would often go unanswered for days, if not weeks, and when I did manage to speak with someone, they seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. This lack of communication only added unnecessary stress to an already challenging legal situation. My recent experience with Rejali Law Firm was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of communication from their team was abysmal, making it incredibly difficult to reach anyone via phone or email. When I did manage to speak with someone, they showed little interest or responsiveness to my concerns. The legal advice provided by Rejali Law Firm was questionable at best, lacking depth and thoroughness. This left me feeling uncertain about the strategies being pursued. The entire process felt unnecessarily drawn-out and inefficient, with missed deadlines and mishandled paperwork. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior of their staff, including missed appointments and a lack of empathy, was disheartening. Overall, Rejali Law Firm's poor communication, questionable legal advice, lack of efficiency, and unprofessionalism made an already challenging legal situation even more difficult. I cannot recommend their services to anyone in need of competent and reliable legal representation. Furthermore, the legal advice provided by Rejali Law Firm was questionable at best. I sought their expertise in a complex legal matter, expecting sound guidance and support. However, their advice seemed to lack depth and thoroughness, leaving me feeling uncertain about the strategies we were pursuing. Their lack of attention to detail and failure to adequately research the case undermined my trust in their capabilities. Moreover, the entire process felt unnecessarily drawn-out and inefficient. Deadlines were missed, paperwork was mishandled, and it seemed as though little effort was made to expedite the proceedings. This lack of efficiency not only prolonged the duration of my case but also added unnecessary financial burdens. Lastly, the overall professionalism exhibited by the firm was severely lacking. I was disheartened by the unprofessional behavior of their staff, which included missed appointments, unreturned documents, and a general lack of empathy towards my situation.
